Intern Digitalization (all genders welcome)

Work on real projects and tasks within our Customer Experience department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany to work as part of the European CX Solutions team, support the rollout of digitalization solutions in EU region.

>> Starting as soon as possible - Minimum of 6 months (possible prolongation for up to 12 months).


The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period. Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with the Customer Experience area. We aim to offer our interns an extension of the time in order benefit from a broach and rich development experience.


Your Mission:

  1. Assisting with the launch of the new Kia App during H1 2025, including supporting with:

    • Coordination of testing phase and defect tracking process

    • Creation and delivery of training program and marketing campaign

    • Post launch operational support

  2. Assisting with the coordination of external suppliers during the preparation and execution of the testing phase.

  3. Assisting with the internal, cross-departmental communication within Kia Europe, relating to digitalization projects.

  4. Collection of reporting and insight data during testing and after launch, for presentation to Kia Europe management team, to assess the performance of solutions.

  5. Supporting the coordination of communications to KEU markets and global headquarters


Your Talents:

  • Enrolled in a degree related to business or IT.

  • Preferably prior experience in a related field, e.g. project coordination, software development / testing.

  • Interest / experience in the automotive business and in digital projects.

  • Preferably prior experience of working with external partners, e.g. agencies and suppliers.

  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills; an additional European language constitutes an advantage.

  • Adaptability, positivity and resilience in the face of challenges.
