Job mission:

To plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the strategic design, development and implementation of Ownership Experience reporting and analytics. This includes responsibility for maintaining, supporting and upgrading reports, Dashboards, Cubes and the Data Warehouse in collaboration with other departments.


To apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills and knowledge of best practices to guide our BI Team on issues related to the design, development and deployment of information and reports.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and future development of the Ownership Experience department’s ‘single data view’
  • Operational management of our Business Intelligence team, to prioritise and support the Ownership Experience team for their analysis and data interpretation requests.
  • Liaise with IT/HAEE and Ownership Experience team and lead development of BI interfaces to simplify data transfer for live/automated data analysis
  • Research, plan and implement benchmarking and analysis of external market data sets, where data sets will improve our BI capabilities
  • Lead the development of specific OX BI projects within the Business Intelligence Team, as agreed with General Manager Market Management.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis of market data, with support of Business Intelligence team.
  • Enhance the knowledge base and skills for individual team members, whilst ensuring that the team develops together. Therefore, providing quality, timeliness, and resilience to the operational objectives, even when individual team members are out of the office. 

Your talents:

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Data Science or Analytics qualifications advantageous
  • Good skills and knowledge of systems such as ERP/SAP/SQL/Python/R
  • Strong Data Analysis and Visualisation skills
  • Open minded – Think outside of the box
  • Solution orientated, pragmatic, creative, results-driven, resilient
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in a managerial role in an international and multicultural environment
