Your mission:
T&C Internal and External Platform Management
- Responsible for systems for development, internal communication & employer branding (Workday, Intranet, LinkedIn, newsletter systems etc.): from development to roll out, always-on maintenance and evaluation
- Main contact to external stakeholders & systems providers
- Developing, maintaining, refining and evaluating the customer experience of the systems & content
- Controlling and reporting progress and status using systems data
T&C Project/Process Management
- Responsible for core T&C processes (Personal Development Plan, European onboarding, Coaching Programs, Monthly Learning Resources etc.) for the European region: designing, developing & evaluating
- Together with the team, design, plan, curate, execute, deliver & evaluate core training programs supporting the Kia competency development curriculum and leadership development using adult learning principles
- Consistently monitor customer needs and customer satisfaction and progress against KPIs
- Supporting T&C with strategic presentations on development, internal communications and employer branding topics to relevant stakeholders
T&C Communication and Coordination
- Ensuring efficient usage of content & messages of all T&C channels (development, internal communication & employer branding)
- With guidance of T&C management prepare content and posts aligned with company strategies and stakeholders
- Adapting content & material to new stakeholder groups
- Organizing alignment forums (steering committees, operational calls etc.) and coordinating with European counter parts
- Timely publish company information coordinated with relevant departments and make recommendations what information should be presented to employees (incl. newsletters and similar) together with Manager
Your talents:
- University degree with focus on HR or relevant professional working experience
- 1-3 years experience in the HRD, L&D, T&C related fields
- Knowledge in organizational and personnel development practices
- English: fluent; other European language of advantage
- Profound IT affinity, MS-office. Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, Easy Generator, Survey Monkey preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented thinking and can-do working manner
- Flexibility & ability to adapt in a multicultural & quick developing environment
- Facilitation and delivery skills.
- Distinctive organizational skills
