The role of Kia Connect is to manage these services as well as to develop, deploy and monetize future services to enhance the convenience of our customers and the profitability of our company.

Job Mission: As Manager Connected Car Experience, you will be responsible for the strategic development of all connected car experience initiatives and for overseeing the operations carried out by the Connect Car Experience team. You will
be the main point of contact to your colleagues from other departments and our customers (Kia Europe teams, Kia National Sales companies in Europe, Kia Distributors) and IT Service Provider ( e.g. IT developer).
Your Responsibilities:
- Support Kia Connect General Manager to fine-tune and execute the long term connected car experience strategy
- Define holistic and integrated roadmap for all Kia Connect touchpoints (Website, App, Head Unit, Customer Support Center, Email)
- Convert VOCs (Voice Of Customers) into features and services to improve customer experience
- Design services and content to enrich the end-to-end experience along the whole customer journey
- Challenge the status-quo with market trends, crowd testing, end-customer feedback to come up with innovative, simple, and intuitive
features
- Leverage data and platforms to run and orchestrate campaigns, personalized recommendations, and new services in collaboration with
the Global, European and National headquarters
- Brief and collaborate with the technical, legal, and commercial teams to ensure the successful implementation of your initiatives
- Handle backlog and follow-up implementation with developers and engineers
- Manage partners, contractors and agencies engaged in the provisioning of new backend or frontend features
- Supervise the implementation of enhanced customer support capabilities from both system and human resources perspectives
- Manage large scale strategic projects involving multiple parties and with tight deadlines
- Measure the performance of new initiatives (campaigns and services) and continuously improve the related KPIs
- Lead, coach and develop Connected Car Experience team members
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience in the field of digital customer facing products ideally
in a start-up environment or in a IT company
- Experience in automotive/mobility would be considered as a strong asset
- Experience working in Direct-To-Consumer role would be considered as a strong asset
- Experience with paid services/subscription would be considered as a strong asset
- Experience as a team leader would be considered as an asset
- Capable of understanding project-level content as well as executive-level strategic thinking
- Ability to initiate, manage and deliver complex projects
- Ability to influence behavior without organizational hierarchy
- Comfortable using Agile project management tools like Confluence or JIRA
- Experience with AGILE and SCRUM methodologies in project and development
- Knowledge about Salesforce tools is a plus
- Knowledge about digital touchpoints management (App, Website, Connected Car) is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus
