Your mission:

Develop Kia Europe’s Parts & Accessories business by delivering a customer orientated product portfolio management, enhancing supply chain management and innovation business development in order to maximize turnover and profit.

 

Your responsibilities:

Lead portfolio management in close collaboration with Mobis Parts Europe, the main partner for parts & accessories & with other suppliers:

  • Develop parts & accessories portfolio and identify opportunities for Kia customers in the mobility era of EV & Connectivity
  • Renew and lead the Pan-European Merchandise program creating a viable revenue stream especially for online sales
  • Assure a stringent Pan-European pricing strategy & regularly review price competitiveness and steer markets accordingly
  • Supervise processes and compliance with environmental requirements in Europe incl. recycling/battery 2 life

Build and manage the development of a transparent Supply Chain:

  • Closely cooperate with Mobis Parts Europe to deliver visibility in the overall supply chain to mitigate risks of eg. backorders
  • Drive for digitalization with smart inventory management systems and their seamless business integration with related systems and data sources 

Drive for a comprehensive Business Development:

  • Develop new business channels & set guidelines for Pan European wholesales program
  • To bring alive our omnichannel approach, steer category and inventory management to proactively support the Manager eCommerce

Digitalization to maximize markets’ online revenue share

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive pan European programs to drive sales eg. sell-in/sell-out campaigns, service programs, training
  • Establish local business relationships and opportunities with suppliers & partners

Reporting & budget responsibility:

  • Develop and establish regular business reporting on all P&A related areas from inventory to sales in close collaboration with internal Business Intelligence team.
  • Plan and manage annual budget


Your profile:

  • You ideally have a master's degree in Business Management, Technical Engineering, or similar
  • You have 10 years of experience in automotive After Sales ideally Parts & Accessories Business
  • Business acumen in automotive after sales business, resilience & persistence, process orientation & digital mind-set
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Ability to turn insights into business recommendations
  • Commercial mind-set with strong focus on ROI
  • Great communications, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Project management skills
  • Savviness in the regular Microsoft office appliances as well as Tableau
  • Fluent in English
