Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate MyKia platform integration along the customer journey (e.g. Kia Connect, Kia.com, CRM/lead management, OSB Online Service Booking, MyService) - multi-layered on Mobile Apps, Websites, NSCs and Dealer-level Applications
  • Coordinate and improve MyService platform by collaborating with markets and leverage the platform to increase customer service and retention, as well as dealers usage
  • Follow up, together with IT and suppliers, integrations, architecture and data sources available and needed to fulfil business requirements for MyKia and MyService platforms
  • Manage MyKia and MyService support team with the prioritization of change requests, alignment between different stakeholders or service providers (internal and external). Steer and deliver within the planned releases/sprints in agile working environment
  • Follow MyKia and MyService on improvements and suggestions for new modules and functionalities based on current business needs. Understand the requirements and facilitate the translation of them into IT Scope of Work
  • Analyse data processes and help to identify efficient data flow solutions, landscape evaluations and recommendations
  • Debrief, coordinate and monitor development of external suppliers and agencies
  • Follow up change process through all different phases: requirements, development, testing and implementation using common software management tools such as Confluence or JIRA
  • Build strong relationships with markets and other relevant internal or external stakeholders to drive the projects’ success and eliminate potential roadblocks


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business/IT/Business Informatics
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience within Digital Project Management
  • Experience with developing digital solutions - ideally good understanding of mobile applications and relative IT interfaces
  • Knowledge in managing complex projects on an international and multi-stakeholders scale
  • Exposure to an agile culture/organization
  • Strong interest for customer digital solutions in the automotive industry
  • Passion for new technologies and rapid development
  • Self-confident, positive thinking, flexible and with ability to rapidly adapt
  • Fluent in English, other European languages is an advantage
