Manager IT Solutions (M/F/D)


at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job Mission:

Join us as Manager IT Solutions in the Digital Channels team, where you will design and deliver high-quality, integrated, and scalable IT solutions using cutting-edge technology and methodologies. The role specifically focuses on the area of connected customer & car, ensuring that data connects across channels, products, and services, to create a seamless customer experience. The role also facilitates the creation of a single view of the customer (CRM) and related analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Kia business functions to understand business requirements and priorities

  • Translate business requirements and priorities into IT requirements and projects

  • Function as the technical authority in KiaEU for CRM and connected topics

  • Design and implement an integrated CRM ecosystem and operating model in cooperation with business partners and Headquarter IT

  • Contribute to the technical roadmap in the connected customer & car area in cooperation with business partners and Headquarter IT

  • Manage IT projects from ideation through to delivery in line with development standards

  • Manage project and operational IT budgets

  • Continuously identify and promote IT innovation opportunities and process best practices

  • Manage the selection, onboarding and performance of technical implementation partners


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or a related discipline

  • Sound experience in successful end-to-end IT project delivery (time/budget/quality)

  • Sound knowledge of CRM systems and processes, and data integration/orchestration methodologies

  • Experience with agile methodologies and major software development tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence)

  • Business acumen in terms of business processes and enabling technology

  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision

  • Ability to build trustful relationships with business stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges in a fast-moving environment

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and multicultural competence

  • Technical team leadership experience is advantageous
