Assistant Manager CRM Marketing & Loyalty (all genders welcome)
at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission:
As an Assistant Manager, CRM Marketing & Loyalty, you will drive the strategic execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across European markets. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging data-driven insights, AI-driven automation, and advanced segmentation strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize CRM performance, oversee loyalty programs, and provide key stakeholders with actionable insights. Your expertise will contribute to fostering customer-centric strategies that enhance brand loyalty and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities:
CRM Campaign Strategy & Execution
Define and coordinate comprehensive EU CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with service, marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline campaign strategies.
Facilitate campaign orchestration coordination (i.e. parent campaigns) and legal validation
Support deployment and launch of National Sales Companies (NSCs) campaigns.
Data Management & Segmentation
Build and manage data segmentation, targeting strategies for NSCs.
Activate standard data segments from Data Cloud to Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment of CRM insights with future segmentations.
Make sure consent legality checks run across the entire data activation process
AI-Driven Automation & Innovation
Support the design, development, and deployment of AI features to enhance and automate campaign execution.
Monitor and refine AI-driven capabilities, providing insights and recommendations to local market users.
CRM Performance Monitoring & Insights
Act as the control tower for KEU CRM marketing dashboards, ensuring the creation and continuous improvement of performance KPIs.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including top management, NSCs key users, and KEU teams.
Regularly update dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Training & Support
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to local users across Automotive, Marketing, and Data Clouds
Ensure best practices are shared and adopted across markets.
Loyalty Programs Coordination
Oversee and enhance loyalty program initiatives across European markets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Your talents:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Marketing.
3+ years experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML skills and campaign design is a plus).
Understanding of consent management practices for marketing activities
Interest in AI technologies and their application in marketing and customer service, ideally within the Automotive industry
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
