in the Ownership Experience Department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany
Job mission:
As an Assistant Manager Customer Retention Programs, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty, increasing customer lifetime value, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction for Kia Europe. Withing Kia Academy Europe, you will be responsible for developing and managing innovative customer retention strategies, overseeing program execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Your responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies aligned with Kia Europe's business objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify key retention opportunities and trends.
Develop targeted customer segmentation strategies to maximize retention efforts.
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of customer retention programs, including loyalty programs, personalized communication campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.
Monitor program performance metrics, identify deviations, and develop countermeasures to improve performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, customer service, and aftersales, to ensure seamless execution of customer retention initiatives.
Work closely with external service providers, such as RSA and insurance companies, to coordinate and optimize customer retention programs.
Innovation and Improvement:
Continuously explore new and innovative approaches to customer retention, including digital solutions and emerging technologies.
Analyze industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of new customer-centric initiatives.
Program Management:
Manage existing customer retention programs, ensuring they are running smoothly and delivering the desired results.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize program performance.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective program execution.
Your talents:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer retention or loyalty programs in the European automotive industry.
Demonstrated ability to support the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Effective project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English.
Experience in working in a multinational environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A creative and innovative mindset.
A strong team player.
Advantageous: Experience with maintenance and insurance products.
