in the Sales department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany
Job mission:
The Fleet Key Account Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and managing key international accounts within the Fleet Passenger Cars (PC) and Purpose-Built Vehicles (PBV)/Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) sectors. This position requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in fleet management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
Your responsibilities:
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients across PCs and PBVs/LCVs. Act as the main contact, ensuring timely, tailored solutions, and manage volume bonuses and tender processes.Sales and Business Development
Identify new business with Subsidiary and Distributor markets, activating International Agreements locally to grow fleet PC and PBV/LCV sales.Customer Relationship Management
Implement KEU Salesforce B2B, maintain client relationships, conduct account reviews, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.Negotiation and Contract Management
Lead contract negotiations to maximize profitability, ensure compliance, and manage renewals to retain clients.Collaboration
Partner with Kia Local Teams, KEU Sales, Marketing, Product, and leasing companies to align strategies. Represent Kia at industry events and support Kia Business sales teams.Other Duties
Perform additional tasks as directed by Kia EU management.
Your talents:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree - Preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B key account management or sales, ideally in automotive.
Proven success with international accounts, sales performance, and client relationships.
Skilled in contract negotiation, financial forecasting, and multi-market European dynamics.
Fleet sales or OEM/aftermarket background preferred.
Skills:
Sales and negotiation expertise in driving strategies and managing complex international contracts.
Strategic thinker with experience in market entry strategies and growth plans.
Strong in customer relationship management, nurturing long-term partnerships.
Culturally adaptable with a solid understanding of diverse European markets.
Proficient in project management, coordinating sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and market trends using CRM and Excel.
Financially savvy in pricing, profit margins, and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills for effective presentation of ideas and results.
Solution-oriented with problem-solving abilities in international sales.
This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, international exposure, and technical knowledge to effectively drive growth across various European markets while maintaining the high standards of the Kia brand.
