at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission:
The Digital Channels team in Kia Europe IT is at the forefront of designing and evolving IT solutions to drive Kia business across customer-facing, retailer-facing, and corporate channels. We're dedicated to ensuring that data seamlessly connects across channels, products, and services, all while maintaining secure, stable, and high-performance IT operations. Join us as the head of Digital Channels, where you'll own the IT strategy and roadmap, leading a dynamic team to deliver high-quality, integrated, and scalable IT solutions using cutting-edge technology and methodologies. Your responsibilities:

• Define and deliver the Digital Channels IT strategy and roadmap in close cooperation with IT leadership and business functions.

• Contribute to the development of the overall Kia EU IT strategy and its operationalization in annual business planning.

• Act as a senior regional IT stakeholder for Headquarter as well as Market IT stakeholders.

• Act as a senior IT advisor / relationship manager for business partners and executive management

• Act as a senior IT stakeholder for external vendors / implementation partners

• Develop and deliver medium-term planning, including resourcing and KPIs, to deliver the Digital channels IT portfolio

• Lead the team members in managing IT projects from ideation through to delivery.

• Ensure that all IT systems in the Digital Channels portfolio are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

• Identify and promote digital innovations in support of Kia’s corporate strategy frameworks

• Identify and introduce technological and process best practices

• Provide direction, feedback and coaching to support the professional and personal development of the team

Your talents:

• 10+ years’ professional experience in IT field.

• Experience in vendor management (selection, negotiation, delivery management).

• A positive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Proactive communication style ; Actively aligns interests across departmental boundaries.

• Ability to report in a timely manner with document and get decisions to move things forward.

• Leadership experience integrate people with diverse language, nationality and perspectives.

• Ability to motivate and develop teams to high performance.

• Ability to work in complex situations, prioritize and multitask efficiently.

• Proven track record in defining and delivering strategic IT portfolios in complex environments.

• Sound experience in business relationship and change management.

• Excellent level of Business English (spoken and written).
