Intern AI Solutions (All genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

>> Minimum of 6 months starting from November 2026 with possible extension to 12 months.

The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union, preferably Germany. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Your Mission:

Support AI implementation efforts across Kia Europe IT, with responsibilities including:

• AI Research & Tool Evaluation - Investigate emerging AI tools and technologies, provide insights into their potential application within business processes.

• Project Support - Participate in planning sessions for AI-related initiatives, assist in documenting implementation workflows and learnings.

• Content Creation - Draft newsletters, updates, and educational materials to promote AI awareness and engagement.

• Help facilitate communication and alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Your Talents:

Education:

• Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student.

Skills:  

• Fluent in English (written and spoken), suitable languages advantageous.

• International mindset.

• Enthusiastic about AI and emerging technologies.

• Ability to quickly grasp new AI concepts and adapt to evolving technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.

• Capable of producing engaging and informative materials.

• A genuine interest in exploring AI applications for business challenges.

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive contribution to group efforts.

• Comfortable with digital platforms and eager to learn new tools.
