Intern (B2B) Sales & Marketing (M/F/D)

at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

>> Minimum of 6 months, starting from March 2024 or later. With possibility to prolong up to 12 months.


The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period. Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.


Your main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Support the regular monitoring / reporting of Subsidiary / Importer (B2B) sales by channel performance to Senior Management Team (monthly)

  • Support the execution of Fleet Marketing / PR Activities; Media plan (print/online), Fleet industry events participation, marketing communications asset creation and deployment, new model launch event planning and execution (Europe, various locations) 

  • Support the development/streamlining of the ‘Kia Fleet International’ (digital) customer journey (direct marketing / corporate website / social media channels)

  • Support the development/maintenance of the Kia Fleet International information-sharing platform (European HQ to National Sales Companies), ensuring a streamlined communication of relevant sales and marketing material to market stakeholders

  • Represent Corporate Sales & Remarketing Division at Monthly Departmental Meetings, ensuring relevant (B2B) Sales topics are effectively communicated to participating departments

  • Identification of effective sales programs, best practices and steering methods at market level to support overall business development of (B2B) Sales division (aligned to “Kia Idea Factory” best practice sharing initiative)

  • Coordination of internal / external business meetings, conferences, senior management review meetings

Your Profile & Qualifications:

  • University degree - ideally in Business Administration or International Business

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Automotive sector, Company Car/ Leasing/ Rental market and B2B related products and services

  • Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality

  • Forward planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage

  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
