at Kia Connect GmbH in Frankfurt am Main.

Your Job:

You are the voice of the digital driver — shaping how millions of customers experience our connected-car ecosystem. By combining market intelligence, customer insights and creative product thinking, you translate evolving mobility trends into intuitive app, in-car and digital experiences. Working across product, UX, marketing and operations, you ensure our connected services are not only innovative, but relevant, loved and continuously improving — turning customer feedback into features that define the future of automotive telematics


Good to know: 

For your internship at Kia Connect, you must be enrolled for the entire internship period. You also need a valid visa and an unrestricted work permit in Germany. We recommend that you complete a six-month internship with us, as this will give you enough time to familiarize yourself with Kia Connect and familiarize yourself with the topics. 


As a Connected Car Experience intern, you support the Connected Car Experience team. 

 

Be part of our mission as we shape the customer journey of tomorrow:

  • You research automotive trends, examine customer behavior and help us align our products with the needs of our future customers

  • You will support the editing and design of communication material for various customer platforms

  • You have ideas for designing our website, app or social media channels – bring on the ideas!

  • You collect, track and analyze customer feedback and use it to generate ideas for new functionalities or further developments

  • You help resolve product or service issues by addressing customer complaints, identifying the cause of the issue, and working with appropriate stakeholders to develop solutions

  • You are creative, know what the customer wants, how the market is developing and support the definition, development and localization of new app and in-car features

  • You go through life with an open mind and find new options to improve the customer experience  


Your superpowers: 

  • University degree in business administration or economics with a focus on strategy, business development and/or marketing 

  • Ideally some experience in digital marketing, customer support and content creation. Previous internship/working student in a related field 

  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage 

  • Digital understanding and drive, ideally with basic IT development knowledge 

  • Hands-on mentality paired with care and no fear of the unknown - bring on the application 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) 

  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe (AEM and Analytics), JIRA and CMS tools – great! 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce tools, hey cool!
