Intern (M/F/D) Service Marketing

at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period. Furthermore you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Purpose of Job:

Help to develop & deploy new campaign, E-Commerce activities and web platforms (MyKia/MYservice) to improve customer retention, service profit and Kia brand image in the Ownership Experience business.

Your Mission:

  • Support content development & campaigning activities

- Help to identify needs for content requirements for products & services across markets and portfolio to leverage synergies

- Support in CMS (Adobe) for Ownership Experience content and troubleshoot


  • Assist in the roll-out of the Pan-European eCommerce Strategy

- Coordinate content creation, management the set-up in shop & CMS system

- Support markets & provide content for various marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) and online shops on Pan-European level

- Support Go Live phases with testing and issue tracking


  • Support in wider needs for reporting and insights generation

-Compile and coordinate regular and ad-hoc reporting for various purposes

- Support in managing a performance reports and insights

- Analyze data from various sources, like Adobe Analytics, online benchmarking and others to generate actionable insights


  • Coordinate the regular exchange and facilitation with internal and external stakeholders

-Co-develop, organize and help moderate workshops and conferences 

  • Support in the roll out of Pan-European Ownership platforms (MyKia web/app) and Dealer platform (MyService) 

- Coordinate content creation for MyKia and MyService platforms

- Support markets to provide content/trainings/tutorials for both systems functionalities and new developments

- Support Go Live phases with testing and issue tracking

Your Talents:

  • Master student ideally in Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related fields
  • Ideally vocational training in Digital Marketing, eCommerce and/or previous internship/working student in related field
  • Digital savviness and drive incl. basic IT development knowledge
  • Strong skills in project management & organization
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint, basic knowledge in Adobe (AEM and Analytics)
  • English: fluent or native
