Work on real projects and tasks within our Customer Experience Strategy & Solutions department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

The Requirements:

For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.


Your Mission:Kia Europe is driving the future of mobility with Kia Drive, our EU-wide rental program designed to offer flexible access to vehicles across Europe. As part of our Mobility team, you will help build and scale Kia Drive – a pan-European rental platform transforming how people access vehicles across the continent.


This internship offers hands-on experience in building a large-scale European mobility business. You'll actively contribute to exciting cross-border projects and collaborate weekly with Kia’s 14 national subsidiaries - gaining real insights into international operations and digital mobility systems.


As an intern in the European Mobility team, you will be:

  • Assisting with the rollout and operations of Kia Drive across European markets

  • Supporting the development of our Mobility system with external suppliers

  • Prepare business and performance KPIs for management

  • Managing customer and dealer surveys (Voice of Customer)

  • Consolidating country-level data to support EU-wide data-driven decision making


 Your Talents:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, CX (Customer Experience), or a related field.

  • Strong interest in mobility, digital platforms, and innovation.

  • Good communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and in teams.
