Intern Mobility (all genders welcome)

For our Customer Experience Strategy and Solutions Department, at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

>> Minimum of 6 months starting from April 2024 (or later) with possible extension to 12 months

Your mission:

• Support our Project Manager in rollout of Kia European Mobility solutions in all Markets

• Support enhancement projects with external suppliers related to Mobility

Your responsibilities:

Mobility

• Support the coordination of the European rollout plan for our current Mobility programs (rental, subscription)

• Act as an Interface development between Markets and 3rd party Mobility suppliers

• Aid the coordination within Kia Europe for all cross departmental projects related to Mobility

• Collect Mobility business data for performance by country and consolidate the data in our EU KPI dashboards

Your talents:

Education:

• Enrolled University student with a degree

• Final year Bachelors students qualify as well

  
  Experience:

• Previous Internship experience is an advantage

• Basic understanding of the Automotive sector, Mobility solutions and car sales.

• Working in a cross functional and international projects is a big advantage
  

  Skills:

• Interest in Automotive Mobility services

• Self-starter and self-driven

• Communication and coordination skills to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across multiple EU markets

• Capability to understand different market needs

• Good presentation skills

• Good in preparing and analyzing data

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage

• Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially excel and power point.

• Tableau skills as a plus

• Good planning skills

• Adaptable, flexible and able to deal positively with uncertainty
