Key Accounting Manager PBV (all genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:

As the Key-Account Manager PBV (Platform Beyond Vehicle), you will play a central role at Kia Europe's innovative PBV area. You will contribute to the growing KEU's corporate fleet sales with focus on commercial vehicles. You will work both operationally and tactically to reach our fleet sales targets, drive development projects, build and strengthen relationships with our largest corporate customers, support Markets (NSCs & Distributors) corporate sales, and contribute to the expansion of Kia's commercial vehicle business in Europe.


Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long term relationships developing our PBV corporate sales business with international customers, business partners (i.e. LeasCo), and serving as the primary contact for the Markets KAMs.

  • Drive business development and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives to strengthen Kia's position in commercial vehicle sales in Europe.

  • Conitnuous prospect, identify and execute activities to capture new business opportunities within the corporate segment, including public procurement.

  • Lead the overall Fleet Tender Process with IKA (International Key Account) and Market KA.

  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge to manage LCV fleets operations topics and fully interact with technical stakeholders (included body builders).

  • Initiate, plan, and follow up on Markets fleet activities.

  • Support Markets in managing large customer accounts through continuous advisory and operational support (i.e. test drive activities).

  • Manage development, follow-up, and administration of framework agreements.

  • Organize, train and support corporate advisors and Market KAMs in their work with major customers.

  • Lead development projects to improve and streamline Kia's overall corporate business in Europe.

  • Participate and organize fleet events and conferences for Markets, leasing companies, and customers.

  • Act as a liaison between key customers, markets, bodybuilders, and leasing companies regarding LCVs.

  • Support the all PBV Team in daily activities (report, presentations, etc).


Your talents:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business and/or Economics.

  • 5+ years experience in Automotive Industry – ideally on LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles).

  • Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are advantageous.

  • Experience in the LCV Fleet Business.

  • Project management with specific focus on time respect.

Core Competencies:

  • Skilled in building strong relationships working with cross-functional teams and diverse cultures (esternally and internally).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel highly desired.

  • Proven ability to lead by example, providing to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on developing practical and efficient solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills, ensuring seamless execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
