Manager eMobility Service Provider (All genders welcome)
in the Customer Experience Strategy and Solutions (CXS) department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany
Job mission:
eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) is a strategical pillar of the overall Electrification’s plan of Kia Europe (KEU). This new position shares CXS’s vision to fix major issues of our customers on access to Electrification and will take part of CXS’s mission to conquest customers, by developing our current charging business, aggregating all services under Kia Charge:
Your responsibilities:
Define and implement European eMobility Service Provider (eMSP)’s strategy
Develop European eMSP backend of new charging app for a seamless customer experience
Develop pilot projects, manage full roll-out and solutions with our current suppliers
Plan long-term integration of European solution into global solutions and platforms
Implementation of ideal Customer Experience into technical requirements and adequate eco-system:
Focus on most simple charging solution, capability to charge everywhere, offer best tariff on the markets, best B2B usage for next light commercial vehicle charging solution
Best sustainable charging platform to host all smart charging activities on the long term
Development of best technological solutions
Develop EU backend to develop Kia Europe eMSP solution’s operability with frontend app, and secure performance of the charging solution in all countries
Develop best charging platforms to improve customers satisfaction (payment solutions, customers support, seamless experience with current Kia assets)
Develop on the long term a full integration within central platform solution to enhance current service
Implementation of the best Kia-tailored eco-system
Handle potential further negotiations with current charging suppliers to permanently improve Kia UX, charging management, offer & pricing, payment solutions and customer support.
Elaborate technical requirements to make synergies between public and home charging
Develop a new hub to manage future Kia Charge solutions into new business (LCV)

New API solution for Kia Charge
Enhance charging experience with development of a CPMS to merge Home charging CDR into billing processes
Develop a PBV charging package to be integrated into the Fleet management system
Develop a new platform to allow roll-out of all smart charging activities connecting Home & Public charging
Your talents:
Education:
University degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in charging business and eco-system (OEM, eMSP, CPO, PSP, SaaS…)
Experience with Software development on charging solution (UI, UX, IT protocols, API exchanges, IT backend, PSP…)
Bring experience and vision on the holistic development of a eMSP solution
Bring experience from consulting companies to prepare synthetical reports to top management
Bring experience on Software as a Service solutions (UX, UI, Protocols, APIs, backend and support)
Bring knowledge on new technology (V2X, dynamic charging, data exchanges between CPO, CPMS and eMSPs…)
Experience in implementation of cross-functional projects
Knowledge new trends about infrastructure / charging / Green energy and sustainability
Skills:
Driver seat & strong self-motivation
High interest in eMobility services
Business mindset to develop new profit center
Good negotiation skills
Good presentation skills
Highly structured working style
Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage
High potential to manage direct and cross-functional teams
Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially excel and power point.
Great planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines
Able to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions
Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality
