Job mission:
The "Manager IT Infrastructure" role is responsible for IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, efficiency, and security while aligning it with future needs. This position is essential for safeguarding business continuity and success. It addresses the rising complexity of IT systems and the growing risks of cyberattacks, focusing on:
• Managing networks, servers, devices, and cloud services with vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and Hyundai Motor Group IT policies.
• Developing and planning regional IT infrastructure strategies.
• Implement IT security measures in collaboration with the Security department.
Your responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, databases and applications.
Oversee the procurement, installation, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation incl. network diagrams, procedures, and know-hows.
Improve IT infrastructure availability, reliability, and performance, both on-premise and in the Cloud.
Plan and implement disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
Develop and maintain IT policies and processes for enhanced operational efficiency and data security.
Develop regional infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and global frameworks.
Provide 2nd level user support for topics related to IT Infrastructure.
Collaborate with Legal to ensure IT compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with Security for audits and IT security enhancements.
Collaborate with subsidiary IT teams and vendors to enforce global and regional IT standards.
Your talents:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, ideally with 1+ year in a leadership role.
Proficiency in IT infrastructure technologies including servers, operating systems, databases, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration.
Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence), DevOps technologies, and agile methodologies.
Experience in vendor management.
Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Effective interpersonal skills with multicultural competence.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written, working language).
Knowledge of SAP ERP and automotive industry experience is a plus.
