Manager NSC Management (National Sales Company Management) (all genders welcome)

at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:
The Manager NSC Management will:

  • Support Kia EU management in decision-making through timely financial reviews of various strategic plans.

  • Monitor and supervise Kia EU subsidiaries' financial activities in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Review and advise Kia EU subsidiaries on financial procedures to ensure compliance with Kia HQ and Kia EU guidance and strategic decisions.

  • Coordinate process innovation projects led by Kia HQ with Kia EU subsidiaries to deliver planned outcomes on schedule.



Your responsibilities:

  • Identify key financial review points in business plans and various operational plans, including quarterly business review meetings, and support financial guidance.

  • Analyze and manage Kia EU financial key performance indicators (KPIs) against business plans.

  • Analyze and manage subsidiary sales performance against business plans, including:

- Order, Wholesale, Retail, Stock

- Model price competitiveness and incentive changes.

  • Develop precise and logical reporting packages, which are distributed to and collected from Kia EU subsidiaries' finance counterparts.

  • Understand incentive structures and evaluate overall costs by program changes for quarterly business review meetings, including:

- Dealer margin (Fixed, Variable_Quality, Variable_Quantity)

- Private programs: Cash discount, Trade-in, Accessories

- Finance programs: Trade Cycle Management (TCM), Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), Personal Contract Hire (PCH)

- Demo discount, Fleet grid matrix.

  • Evaluate various business case proposals, calculate financial impacts, and provide finance feedback.

  • Monitor and supervise Kia EU subsidiaries' financial procedures, including on-site visits if necessary.

  • Review Kia EU subsidiaries' operational cost conditions to optimize them in alignment with Kia EU's strategic direction.

  • Liaise on process innovation projects led by Kia HQ or Kia EU with relevant Kia EU subsidiaries' finance teams, acting as an intermediary for efficient and effective communication.


Your talents:


Education:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

  • Accounting qualification is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6~8 year relevant work experience in finance or accounting.

  • Cumulative experience operating in increasingly complex financial leadership roles.

Skills:

  • Good written and verbal bilingual skills (English and Korean).

  • Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel, and knowledge in SAP BI, CO and FI.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Accuracy and timely responsiveness.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Understanding of financial and management accounting

  • Proficient in summarizing and reporting to management
