Manager Organization Development (All genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:
Contribute building an efficient organization and improving employee engagement to become employer of choice by developing and implementing concrete plans derived from the P&O strategy.


Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys for the European region, analyze key data, identify European priorities, and suggest concrete improvement measures for the European region.

  • Enhance efficiency in the European organization regarding approval processes, meeting structures, cross-country, and cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Assess current core people processes and devise actions for improvement to build an efficient and high-performing organization.

  • Lead the annual Headcount Planning process by involving all business functions and effectively linking it with the overall Business Plan of Kia in Europe.

  • Lead the People & Organization (P&O) Business Plan process for Europe. Ensure, in collaboration with the European P&O team, the alignment of priorities across subsidiaries to foster a unified strategy within People & Organization.

  • Analyze organizational structures and roles to recommend appropriate evolution to align with the business strategy.

  • Identify competencies and roles needed in the future to support the business strategy while involving and aligning with the business functions.

  • Provide and leverage data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs, measure impact, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Foster relationships across countries and departments, effectively communicate OD initiatives, and collaborate with People & Organization, management, and all stakeholders.

Your talents:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in related fields, ideally including experience in international environments.

  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, culture dynamics, and change, coupled with a grasp of business processes.

  • Strong conceptual abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus around fact-based decision-making and scenario planning.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and ability to derive and visualize meaningful insights.

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adeptly manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Proficient computer skills (MS-Office).

  • Fluent in English.
