Manager Parts & Accessories (all genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission:

As Manager Parts & Accessories you will improve Parts & Accessories Turnover and Optimize Gross Profit by identifying portfolio opportunities and coordinating markets' annual business plans.

Your responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate annual business plans with Subsidiaries to enhance Kia Europe's Parts & Accessories (P&A) business:

• Participate actively in Kia EU's annual BP process and align with relevant internal stakeholders such as Finance and Business Strategy Group

• Propose top-down annual business plan (BP) for all 14 subsidiaries and consolidate on European level on Turnover & Gross Profit in aligment with Kia EU Management

• Negotiate with subsidiaries the planned BP and buit data & insights driven argumentation demonstrating how to achieve top-down proposed Turnover & Gross Profit levels

• Liaise and collaborate with other Ownership Experience teams like Service Marketing to align non-financial targets for Subsidiaries

• Throughout the year follow up target implementation of subsidiaries and ensure compliance

• Propose custom actions to overcome the eventual registered gaps to BP

• Organize Quarterly meetings with under performing NSCs and follow up the implementation of agreed actions

Together with the team of Assistant Manager Parts and Assistant Manager Accessories explore market development opportunities, enhance Kia's P&A & Kia Collection product portfolio and support markets with tools and programs to further increase turnover and optimize profit:

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to build meaningful sales reports & dashboards that support your own business management but also support markets ideally down to dealer level

• Identify parts sales segments which under-perform and prepare actions to recover

• Enlarge the actual sales channels by implementing or enhance whole sales business

• Explore and structure body parts business

• Identify the eventual needs of local products as alternative to Korean sourced via official supplier of Mobis Parts Europe (MPE) and guide MPE to succeed the local development

• Develop Tire Business in line with Kia EU guideline and with support from external agency

• Monitor the New Vehicle Models' Accessories development and ensure availability for vehicles' start of sales

• Identify the needs of new accessories products and support MPE to develop

• Enhance actual Kia Collection portfolio and enlarge sales volumes in collaboration with MPE and partially European Kia Design Centre

Challenge and monitor MPE operation beyond sales like inventory or logistics:

• Collaborate with MPE teams and use their expertise and to support achieving your objectives in teh P&A business

• Ensure that MPE delivers against expected service levels on supply chain; built, use or enhance monitoring tools such as backorder report in collaboration with Business Intelligence Team

Your talents:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in eg. Business Management or Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales Parts Management on Distributor and/or Headquarter level. Dealer operation experience of benefit.

Skills:

• Strong Analytical Skills and logic

• Ability to turn insights into business recommendations

• Commercial Mindset with strong focus on KPIs

• Project and Supplier Management & Facilitation

• Savviness in common Microsoft office appliances and ideally Tableau

• English fluent or native. Additional language skills of advantage
