Manager Purpose Build Vehicles Sales (All genders welcome)

in the Sales department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany


Job mission:


To further enhance the Kia Corporate Sales Organization, at Regional / Market level, with a specific focus on the day-to-day management of International Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV)Key Accounts, LCV Sales Campaign Development, LCV Customer Tender Response, plus support the production of Residual Value Van-to-Market Studies. To interact with all relevant industry stakeholders including, but not limited to, Subsidiary and/or Private Importer Management, Finance / Full Service Leasing / Rental Providers, Automotive Data Providers and Fleet Media Entities to ensure efficient execution of Kia LCV Corporate Sales initiatives.


Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with International Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) Key Accounts, including but not limited to Large Corporate Fleets, Key Full-Service Leasing Providers, Rent-A-Car Companies, and other large commercial entities throughout Europe.

  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth for Kia in the European LCV market.

  • Identify and pursue new LCV business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between LCV customer requirements and LCV product development initiatives.

  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, pricing structures, and contracts in line with company policies and objectives.

  • Provide regular reports and analysis on LCV Key Account Management activities, opportunities, sales successes, key market trends, and LCV specific customer feedback to the management team.

  • Represent the company at LCV industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster strong relationships.


Your talents:

Education:

  • University degree - Preferably in Business Administration or International Business

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Automotive sector, Preferable OEM or Fleet sector related.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Fleet/LCV sector, Fleet business, Leasing market and Fleet related products and services

 Skills:

  • Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality

  • Forward planner with capability to “deliver” within deadlines

  • Sales expertise and good communication skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); an additional European language constitutes an advantage

  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
