Manager Retail Network (all genders welcome)



at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:
Channel is the Kia Europe Subdivision in charge of Retail Network. Both strategical and operational, Channel is a highly cross-functional activity.

The retail Network Manager supports the implementation of Kia Europe Channel strategy towards national sales companies and independent distributors.

Main focus elements: Network Structure/Profitability/Corporate identity.

As member of the Channel team, the Retail Network Manager also participates in all Channel relevant Kia Europe projects.


Your responsibilities:

  • Dealer Corporate Identity (CI):

    • Responsible for the Dealer Corporate Identity program implementation in Europe.

    • Participate in defining optimizing the overall project aspects (value engineering, project management) aiming at enhancing focus on the implementation and cost efficiency.

    • Efficiently collaborate with global Headquarters, European suppliers and Kia Europe countries for timely and qualitative implementation of the new Corporate Identity roll-out throughout Europe.

  • PBV - Platform beyond vehicle:

    • Support the Kia Europe Channel e-LCV dealer network strategy implementation methodology.

    • Support countries with their Channel PBV plan definition and implementation according to Kia Europe strategy.

  • Dealer Network structure:

    • Participate to the Kia Europe dealer network structure strategy and methodology definition update.

    • Support countries with their dealer network plan definition and implementation according to Kia Europe dealer network strategy.

  • Dealer profitability:

    • Follow-up on countries dealer profitability and support countries on dealer profitability initiatives implementation in line with Kia Europe strategy.

  • Customer & Dealer satisfaction:

    • Support dealer related countries' establishment of customer & dealer satisfaction improvement plans in conjunction with relevant stakeholders at Kia Europe and markets.

  • Secure successful definition, deployment and tracking of ongoing and future Kia Europe Channel projects and Channel related projects.



Your talents:

  • Business / Marketing university degree or similar.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the automotive sector (Sales/AfterSales/Dealer Network/LCV preferred).

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills.

  • Team player, negotiation skills, resilient, able to prioritize.

  • Familiarity with working with Asian cultures/companies is a plus.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (required). Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
