Are you a self-motivated go-getter with a passion for shaping the future of automotive service? We're seeking a talented individual to join the Kia Academy Europe and drive the development of cutting-edge training programs for Kia Service Advisors.



Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and objectives.

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to service advisors, focusing on optimizing customer service and satisfaction.

  • Incorporate innovative approaches and technologies to enhance training effectiveness, catering to diverse learning styles.

  • Create engaging Train the Trainer sessions to equip our team with the necessary skills and knowledge.

  • Develop training modules covering customer retention tools to bolster our service offerings.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Your talents:

  • Automotive engineering degree, automotive education or similar.

  • Profound Knowledge of Dealer Management, Retention Programs and Digitalization.

  • At least 5 years experience in adult education.

  • Proven experience in designing training programs specifically tailored for car dealership staff and processes.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey concepts and ideas.

  • Highly organized with a knack for detail-oriented tasks.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking innovative solutions.

  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  • Creative thinker who thrives on thinking outside the box.

  • Independent worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.

  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, capable of taking initiative.

  • Proficiency in developing Train the Trainer programs to bring Dealer staff to the next level

  • Expertise in crafting training modules covering essential customer retention tools such as UBI (Usage-Based Insurance), RSA (Roadside Assistance), PPM (Prepaid Maintenance), repair financing etc.

  • Dedication to enhancing customer retention rates through continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (required). Knowledge of German and additional languages is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm, self-confident, positive thinking, flexible and have the ability to adapt in a multicultural and rapidly developing environment.
