Senior Manager Dealer Profitability & Systems (all genders welcome) at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:
Channel, the Kia Europe department responsible for the Retail network, manages both strategic and operational activities with a strong cross-functional approach. The Senior Manager Dealer Profitability and Systems defines Kia Europe's strategic direction on dealer profitability and systems, ensuring their localization and implementation across countries. Key focus areas include maximizing dealer profitability and sustainability while safeguarding brand representation and customer satisfaction, and enhancing retail efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction through dealer-related systems. As part of the Channel team, the Senior Manager also contributes to or leads all relevant Channel projects.


Your responsibilities:

  • Dealer profitability:

    • Ensures all KEU countries have the necessary dealer profitability tools and processes, driving their effective implementation through local situation analysis, gap assessment, planning, and training.

    • Leads the development and deployment of the Dealer Profitability Strategy in collaboration with Channel Network, Sales Academy, and other KEU stakeholders across countries.

    • Monitors and analyzes dealer profitability, covering both income and expense aspects, and reports insights to Kia Europe top management and global headquarters.

    • Drives pan-European improvement strategies and actionable initiatives with countries.

    • Defines a medium to long-term Dealer Profitability Strategy for KEU aligned with the competitive environment and local dealer network structures, cascading mid-term planning tools for country-level adaptation.

    Dealer systems:

    • Defines Dealer Sales tools strategy to streamline in-dealer operations, integrating regulatory, customer, operational, business, and software modules.

    • Ensures country-specific requests are incorporated, adhering to localized dealer system upgrades.

    • Maintains strict timelines for pan-European and country-specific developments.

    • Defines dealer training material for fast ramp-up.

    Internal KEU dealer related systems:

    • Ensures Channel's dealer systems remain the exclusive European source for dealer information.

    • Maintains seamless integration of KEU internal dealer systems with upstream and downstream databases.

    • Explores automation opportunities through holistic interfacing.

Your talents:

  • Education:

    • University degree (Business/Marketing preferred).

    Experience:

    • Min. 10+ years’ experience in dealer profitability related fields with the following specifications: 

      • Dealer financial controller

      • Network financial controller

      • Network financial reporting

      • Financial risk

      • Dealer margin

      • Profitability forecast 

      • Business management

      • Dealer Network Financial performance

    Skills:

    • International headquarters implementation experience a strong plus.

    • Strong project management skills and strategic mindset.

    • Highly organized team player, negotiator, resilient, able to prioritize, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills.

    • Fluent in English, additional European language(s) a plus.
