Senior Manager PBV, Dealer Profitability and L&D (all genders welcome)



at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.


Job mission:
Channel is the Kia Europe Subdivision in charge of Retail network. Both strategical and operational, Channel is a highly cross-functional activity.


The Senior Manager PBV, Dealer Profitability and L&D supports in the definition of overall Kia Europe Channel's PBV strategy definition, internal coordination and takes the lead on its operational deployment.


The Senior Manager PBV, Dealer Profitability and L&D supports in the definition of Kia Europe strategic direction on Dealer profitability, Learning and Development (Training), leads their localization and implementation in the countries.


Main focus elements: PBV, Dealer profitability and systems, training.


As member of the Channel team, the Senior Manager PBV, Dealer Profitability and L&D also participates/leads in all Channel relevant Kia Europe projects.


Your responsibilities:

  • PBV - Platform beyond vehicle:

    • Support PBV Channel Strategy development (Retail Network, Profitability, L&D...).

    • Responsible for driving its deployment within Kia EU countries by coordinating internal Channel departments initiatives.

    • Act as main internal Kia EU Channel operational lead for implementation and maintenance (performance/standards/evolution).

  • Dealer Profitability:

    • Support Dealer Profitability Channel Strategy development; Responsible for driving its deployment within Kia EU countries.

    • Monitor, analyze, assess evolution and draw applicable improvement actions in conjunction with countries follow-up/support.

  • Dealer Systems:

    • Support Dealer systems Strategy/evolution and leads relevant development projects between Global/regional HQ and countries (dealer DB, dealer sales tool amongst others).

  • Learning & Development:

    • Support Learning & Development Channel Strategy definition.

    • Lead training programs and assets development and contents implementation by countries as well as dealer staff related topics initiatives.

  • Secure successful definition, deployment and tracking of ongoing and future Kia Europe Channel projects and Channel related projects



Your talents:

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on DND, LCV, Sales, or After Sales. At least 4 years of experience in a National Sales Company (NSC) is essential, with significant field and LCV experience being highly desirable. International HQ network implementation experience is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional project management abilities with a strategic mindset. You are highly organized, a team player, and an effective negotiator. You possess strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a customer-oriented approach.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
