at the Kia Connect GmbH in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission:

As Senior Specialist Digital Smart Charging Solutions, you will be responsible for creating seamless, efficient, and user-friendly digital products that meet the needs of customers and partners while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. Hereby you focus on the integration of the smart charging solution into our existing digital ecosystem under consideration of market specific requirements and the collaboration with the partners in the different markets in Europe. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities, improvements, and partnerships

• Align product development with business goals, customer feedback, and emerging technologies

• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments

• Create, align and ensure implementation of smart charging features in the existing digital landscape while ensuring a synchronized customer experience across the different touch-points (app and head-unit)

• Ensure a seamless E2E data flow to deliver the best results possible for the customers together with our Korean HQ

• Harmonize the existing charging features and push them to the next level

• Support the 3rd party provider analysis in the different markets to choose the right party to collaborate with for smart charging in the different countries

• Support the creation of legal documents and align with the legal advisor (customer facing documents and cooperation agreements)

• Leverage data analytics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with customer support and sales teams to address product-related issues and improve user satisfaction

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing to ensure successful product launches, updates and campaigns

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in EV charging technology, IoT, smart grid, and software development to incorporate innovative solutions into the product

• Participate in discussions on emerging technologies like vehicle-to-grid (V2G), dynamic load management, and AI-driven charging optimization
  

Your talents:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in, Business, Engineering or related field.
  

  Experience:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital solutions, energy management, or the EV charging industry

• Experience in automotive/mobility would be considered as a strong asset

• Experience working in Direct-To-Consumer role would be considered as a strong asset

   

  Skills:

• Knowledge about digital touchpoints management (App, Website, Connected Car) is a plus

• Knowledge about the energy market players is needed

• Understanding of EV charging infrastructure, smart grid technology, and energy management systems would be a strong asset

• Familiarity with standards and regulations related to EV charging (e.g., OCPP, ISO 15118) would be an advantage

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, set goals, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value

• Knowledge about Salesforce tools is a plus

• Ability to initiate, manage and deliver complex projects

• Ability to influence behavior without organizational hierarchy

• Comfortable using Agile project management tools like Confluence or JIRA

• Strong motivation to work on new and unknown topics is needed

• Independent working style combined with team spirit is required

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
