Specialist Business Analysis (all genders welcome)
at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission:
The position will play an essential role in supporting the Kia EU Finance department with forecasting, closing, and overall financial analysis in management accounting. This position will report to the Business Analysis Manager and work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the accurate and timely collection of financial closing and forecasting data by closely collaborating with European subsidiaries.
Provide insightful financial analysis by effectively managing financial data.
Enhance the efficiency of financial reporting and analysis by supporting the implementation and maintenance of automated reporting and forecasting tools.
Collect and verify Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Assist in organizing and supporting various finance workshops and meetings with European subsidiaries.
Prepare and analyze various financial data for regional profit analysis and performance reports for the European regions.
Support fundamental tasks related to the preparation of the annual business plan and periodic forecasts.
Supports other departments and the Korea HQ by providing necessary financial data and performing ad-hoc analyses as required.
Your talents:
Education:
Degree in Economics or Business Administration focusing on Corporate Finance/Accounting/Controlling.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience in Financial Accounting principles and practices is essential.
Skills:
Strong accuracy in numerical analysis and logical problem-solving abilities.
Very good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization.
Multicultural mindset demonstrating openness and adaptability.
Attention to detail, understanding the importance of accuracy and thoroughness in financial tasks and processes.
High level of responsibility and accountability for assigned duties.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong affinity for digital tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to software such as SAP, Power BI, and Tableau.
