Specialist NSC Management (National Sales Company Management) (all genders welcome)

at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission:
The Specialist NSC Management will:

• Provide support to guide and review Kia EU subsidiaries' financial business planning and forecasting.

• Assist in reviewing and summarizing Kia EU subsidiaries' incentive planning and perform variance analysis.

Your responsibilities:

• Aggregate sales performance status:

  Wholesale, Retail, Stock, Order.

• Analyze sales and financial trends:

  Sales, Stocks, Turnover, Incentive

• Monitor monthly FX rates and their transactional effect.

• Track key regulation changes (Euro7, EV government subsidies, etc.)

• Guide and validate subsidiaries' financial management reports for business plans and forecasting.

• Review subsidiaries' incentive plans and perform variance analysis against approved plans.

• Support various finance workshops and meetings with Kia HQ and Kia EU subsidiaries.

• Prepare and perform finance-related ad hoc reports.

Your talents:

Education:

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields

Experience:

• Professional experience in finance is preferred.

• Experience in an international environment and the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Understanding of financial and management accounting.

Skills:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to mass data and detail.

• Accuracy and timely responsiveness.

• Strong logical and analytical skills.
