Job mission:

You will develop and implement concrete plans derived from the People & Organization Strategy to contribute building a lean and efficient organization and improving employee engagement to attract, motivate and retain the best talents. 


Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify continuously opportunities for improvement in our HRIS (Workday), e.g., optimized usage, further expansion of workflows and configurations, and further digitalization of our People & Organization processes. Investigate and implement the recurring releases of Workday to drive the optimization of the system. Recommend and implement concrete actions to:

  1. create a simple, intuitive, and integrated digital experience for all users to improve customer satisfaction and thereby drive employee engagement,

  2. ensure the most efficient people management and development by line management and People & Organization,

  3. drive the digitalization of People & Organization and facilitate data-driven People & Organization decisions.


  • Analyze organizational structures and roles. Prepare and visualize the data base in a simple and intuitive way for the discussion with management reg. future needs and gaps. Support to identify and to recommend appropriate evolution to meet the future business needs.


  • Analyze core processes (esp. PMP objective setting, approval process) by comparing the target process with the real process. Investigate the quality of the process by analyzing the facts, by asking internal customers and by external benchmarking. Visualize the analysis report in a simple and intuitive way for the relevant stakeholders to facilitate follow-up activities. Support to develop actions for improvement with a strong focus on digitalization to build an efficient organization and by involving the relevant stakeholders.


  • Prepare the annual Culture Survey for Europe: Interact with HQ in Korea, coordinate participation across Europe, feedback in the preparation phase and the test phase and provide communication materials. Support the result reporting and analysis.


  • Contribute to improve employee engagement by taking over or supporting projects to develop a strong corporate culture (e.g. smart working). Review existing policies and guidelines and benchmark externally. Coordinate all activities with related departments. Prepare stakeholder alignment and communication materials.


  • Organize European People & Organization conferences, meetings and calls to ensure continuous exchange and alignment on European key priorities, in particular setting the agendas in alignment with the Head of Sections, sending invitations, preparing minutes, and providing the necessary materials.


  • Contribute to further departmental projects that benefit from an expertise in digitalization, e.g., career site, social media rating platforms, LinkedIn.


Your talents:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in similar function

  • Experienced with HRIS (Workday, SAP) and related digitalization projects

  • Experienced in international environments 

  • Very strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills, strong ability to build consensus and costumer focused

  • Strategic and conceptual ability

  • High interest in digitalization

  • Fluent in English

  • Very good computer skills (MS365)
